BringinG the IORP closer to the client
Financial certification

The IORP's such as many organisations in today's environment - are submitted to heavy corporate governance obligations supervised by the regulator.

In order to offer services that correspond to these governance requirements most business services of Conac are externally certified, such as

  • Regulatory compliance
  • New client implementation
  • Record keeping
  • benefit processing
  • Actuarial calculation
  • Pension payroll
  • Accounting
  • Legal reporting
  • Statutory administration

These business processes are supported by certified IT processess such as :

  • Physical security
  • Logical access
  • Backup & recovery
  • Incident management
  • Change management
  • Release management

By bundling the provison of services through processes wich are linked to each other and are the subject of a certification, a considerable amount of time is saved, together with an increase in continuity and the decrease in expenses connected to the implementation of governance as mentioned in the CPP-2007-2-WIBP note on the prudential expectations of the FSMA.

Multi employer OFP's

In order to even further reduce the cost to the management of an IORP, while keeping transparancy in administration, accounting, investement and reinsurance Conac did create the multi-employer pension fund "Pension & Co"
